ABOUT OUR SMT MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY BACKGROUND
To enhance our SMT manufacturing technology capacity, flexibility, and production reliability, we have two independent INLINE production lines with different configurations. We make these more efficient by adding offline supplementary elements.
Solder Paste Application:
We achieve precision in our SMT manufacturing process in the solder paste application phase using T4-grade (we also work with T5 if required) solder paste. This electronic manufacturing process element is supported by the MPM 100 2D inspection (spot-check solder paste) for quality control.
Placement:
SMT placement is carried out using ASM Cplace machines with a theoretical placement speed of 24,200 components per hour. Through process optimization, the practical placement speed with these two machines can be maintained at approximately 20,000 components per hour.
Soldering:
In our SMT manufacturing technology system, soldering is uniquely performed in Hungary using an IBL CX 600 vapor-phase REFLOW oven with a dual tray layout of 600*600mm. The 9-stage heat treatment process ensures the optimal heat profile, allowing precise control of melting, efficient soldering with a few seconds of heat retention, followed by gradual cooling.
Inspection:
After soldering, components are sorted and, if necessary, undergo individual inspection and repair through the AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) module. The process is continually and automatically improving its efficiency through self-learning algorithms.
